Terms:
Cabin and boat space is limited; therefore we strongly recommend advance reservations. Reservations are held on a first come first served basis with a 50% deposit required to guarantee your reservation. Your final balance is due two months prior to arrival. A full refund of you deposit less a $50 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations at least two months prior to your arrival. If you must cancel less than two months prior to your arrival you will forfeit your entire deposit or you may credit your deposit to a future stay on a space available basis. Your credit expires at the end of the following season. Check in time is 3 p.m.; Check out time is 10 a.m.; no partial refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals. You will be required to read and sign a boat rental and waiver agreement upon your arrival and provide a cash deposit or Visa/Mastercard number as a damage deposit. Inclement weather conditions can occasionally affect scheduled itineraries. If due to weather or any reason beyond the control of Rainbow Bend Lodges, L.L.C, you are unable to complete your itinerary or are delayed, no refunds will be given. We assume no liability for acts of omission or negligence by other persons and are not responsible for accidents, fire, theft, acts of God or other forces of nature, regulatory fishing restrictions, loss of equipment, or any other acts beyond our control. Travel insurance may be available through your local travel agent. All rates are subject to change. Food, licenses, tackle, vacumn sealing, airfare, and incidentals are not included in cabin and boat rental rates.
